Zornixa Innovations Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India. We provide custom software development, ERP, compliance integration, automation, and IT consulting services. Our registered office is in Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Use of the website

We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our discretion without providing a reason.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and SVG graphics — is owned by or licensed to Zornixa Innovations Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Intellectual property rights in software, code, and deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the terms of the applicable SoW or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product is licensed to the client upon full payment of fees.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared with us during a project enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We are willing to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any technical discussion — request one via our contact page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zornixa Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zornixa in the three months preceding the claim.
