Zornixa Innovations Private Limited ("Zornixa", "we", "us", "our") is a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act 2013. We provide custom software development, ERP, compliance integration, and IT consulting services to enterprise clients in India, the United Kingdom, and East Africa.

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data: name, job title, company name.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address.
  • Communication data: messages sent via our contact form, email correspondence.

  • Project data: information you share with us in the course of a project engagement (subject to a separate data processing agreement where applicable).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (special categories) unless required for a specific project and agreed in writing.

4. Legal basis for processing (India — DPDP Act 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), we process your personal data on the basis of:

  • Contract: where processing is necessary to perform a contract you have entered into with us.
  • Legitimate use: for business communication and record-keeping purposes.

5. GDPR awareness (UK and EEA clients)

For clients and contacts based in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we are aware of our obligations under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively. Where we process personal data of UK/EEA individuals, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) or contractual necessity as our lawful basis.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry data: 2 years from last contact, unless a project engagement follows.
  • Project data: duration of the engagement plus 7 years for financial/legal records.
  • Technical/log data: up to 90 days.

7. Third-party services

We may use the following categories of third-party services:

  • Email hosting: for receiving and sending communications.
  • Cloud infrastructure: for hosting our website and client systems.
  • Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics tools. No cross-site tracking.

All third-party providers are selected with data protection standards in mind.
