Engineering over politics

We do not have senior engineers managing meetings. Technical people solve technical problems — with full ownership and direct client contact.

Outcome accountability

Everyone at Zornixa is accountable for the quality of what they deliver — not for effort or hours logged. Results are what we measure.

Deep work, not theatre

No performative standups. No status theatre. You will have long uninterrupted stretches to think and build — with async communication as the default.

Genuine client impact

The systems we build are used in production by real enterprises. You will see the direct impact of your engineering decisions within weeks of joining.

Who we are not looking for

We prefer to be direct rather than polite. The following types of candidates are unlikely to be happy here:

  • Junior developers without production experience
  • Developers who need daily direction and task assignment
  • People looking for a high-meeting, high-visibility environment
  • Generalist project managers (we use engineers to manage projects)
